 The concept of Modulary Maintenance aims at optimising the maintenance through a limited appeal to the rolling stock and through the use of a fleet of maintenance modules.The latters lead to an increased rapidity, efficiency and flexibility in work.

Whatever the condition of the track, the driver must be in a position to stop his wagon or his train at any time. The solution consists in treating regularly the track, through the cleaning of the track head and the use of a stable, sand-based fluid.

The Sandite is a sand-based fluid whose regular use on the critical spots of the track significantly reduces the risk of wheel lock and durably improves the adhesion conditions.
